Broker's Comments

A classic small wooden cruiser designed as an estuary sailer. She needs some work to bring her shine back but has been used recently for enjoyable days afloat. Nothing fancy - a simple no nonsense sailing boat with good sails and a good working engine to get you on and off the mooring. All the basics for a day on the river.

A River Exe mooring may be available by negotiation.
