Broker's Comments

Here is a piece of history that is waiting for love and attention. I have been told that this is the last boat to be made by the famous Daniel James Trout of Topsham. She has been owned by the same people for the past twenty-five years and is now only for sale due to a bereavement in the family. She is a restoration project that would be very rewarding. The final result would be a much admired and historical motor launch. Recently fitted with a brand new Beta engine, she would provide years of enjoyment.
