Broker's Comments
The current owner has spent much money upgrading and improving her including replacing the old petrol engines with marinised Ford Transit diesels. He is very enthusiastic about their performance, smooth running, economy and cheapness and availability of replacement parts.
Also available by separate negotiation is a privately owned deep-water mooring on the River Exe.
