Broker's Comments
This ex Pilot Launch would make a very cosy and comfortable home, or could be taken cruising. These vessels were designed to be very seaworthy because of the nature of their original use, and with the addition of navigation equipment and checking the mechanics, she could be taken to sea again. The interior has been tastefully decorated and features new carpet, new upholstery, new headlinings and some new equipment. Plenty of living space, excellent headroom and lots of big windows letting in the light make this an attractive living space. An absolute waterfront home at this price is hard to beat! The current owner would also consider a part-exchange for a larger vessel.
