Broker's Comments

This sturdy, well constructed & well preserved 25ft bilge keeler was built to last & is lasting well.

She needs some work to finish her as a project including work on her electrics, replacing the headlining in the main cabin and tidying up some of the woodwork, but overall she's in good order.

Her more than adequate engine has recently been serviced, she has been anti-fouled ready for the season and she was last surveyed in February 2015.

The survey, which reports that she is in good structural order, will be made available to read during viewings.
