Shetland 644 that has a lot going for her, A pocket size cruiser with a diesel engine, hot water, shore power 240v electrics, pump out toilet and much improved canopy arrangement to name a few.
An ideal introduction to the water at a sensible price.
There is a little "tidying up" to do but most likely items that would be changed by a new owner such as carpet and upholstery.
