Broker's Comments

A great example of these very easy on the eye and very popular family cruisers that has really stood the test of time!

She's benefited from much recent work and many additions - seemingly fresh from the yard, having been anti fouled and polished, her owner has also fitted lots of nice electronics and thoughtful additions to ensure that she's a serious and comfortable cruiser.

She's had a professional internal and upper deck valet and is clean, smells great and inviting.

There is evidence of past wear and tear, etc, but this could be improved over time, if wished, but I don't think I'd bother generally - it shows her for what she is - a great sailing yacht, with lots of history and plenty more to make, with her new owners!

BERTHING PAID AT BRIGHTON UNTIL END OF FEB 2023. This may be transferable to other Premier Marinas.
