Nautitech 46 Fly Flybridge

Here we are extremely proud to bring to the market this three cabin Nautitech 46 Fly. Although she was first launched in October 2019, this is in fact the 2020 layout which is easily identifiable from the front windows and the interior floor plan. Designed by Marc Lombard and built in Rochefort France, with the exquisite luxury interior designed by Roseo Design.

The hull and deck are constructed of a vacuum-bagged, resin-infused fiberglass laminate, at the core is Divinycell.

This particular boat has had one owner from new and has never been chartered. The boat has cruised mainly around Southern Spain and the Balearics.

In February 2021, she was lifted for her first interval service. Sail drives were serviced and she received new anti fouling paint. During this haul out, under warranty Nautitech upgraded the davit system.

Providing more strength and stability to the original davit structure. In April she was then given a further coating of antifoul and a new grey water pump was installed in the port hull.

Further warranty work was then carried out in April. The eyebrow (rain gutter) and the footing was then professionally painted a dark grey by Nautitech. This is colour matching with the sails and the rest of the colour theme throughout the boat.

In July, her owner then had grey color matching Deck Marine professionally fitted. It has been installed on all of the exterior flooring including the flybridge seating area. A new full cockpit enclosure was also installed, which includes sunshade attachments. This particular full cockpit enclosure extends behind the back of the back seats in the main seating area.

During this period, Nautitec also re-stained the majority of the interior to provide a fresh feel to the cabinets also under warranty.

Only the main cabin has been slept in, the beds benefit from the upgraded comfort mattress package from Nautitech. And to provide even further comfort, custom 5cm mattress toppers have been tailored to each bed. The boat has upgraded three blade bronze folding props and an electric main sheet which. On the Flybridge, the boat benefits from a fridge and the upgraded B&G Nav-Pack advance option. This consists of a 12 inch chart plotter at the helm and in the Nav station down below and an extra autopilot control panel. The flybridge also has its own Fusion sound system. This Boat also has the White courtesy LED lighting in the Cockpit, Aft Deck and Flybridge. These lights are located close to the floor and provide a warm glow of light, perfect for sailing in the dark or even just to set the mood.

The 2019 Europa Sport 3.3 meter tender is appropriately sized for the boat with a 20hp Tohatsu outboard motor.

The boat layout consists of two cabins starboard side, with two manual heads both with showers. And one cabin port with a further electric head also including a shower. There is further crew cabin located forward starboard, access can be gained to the crew cabin via a deck hatch or from the inside. Each cabin is also fitted with an electric fan for those hot days. The boat is powered by two 50hp (total 100hp) saildrive Volvo Penta D2-50F engines.

The Nautitech 46 Fly comes with a self tacking jib as standard. However, this boat further benefits from an in mast roller reefing main for ease of sailing. The sails are made by Elvstrom and are the original sails from new.

On the front deck lounge area, you have foldable three part folding cushions with two secret lights which pop up out of the front deck floor. This provides a further large and comfortable seating area and is listed as the Front Deck Lounge package in the brochure.

The owner is leaving all of the contents on the boat, so it is sold as seen with fenders, pots and pans, etc. This provides the opportunity for someone with just a suitcase to come on board and get sailing. The boat is currently cruising the Balearic Islands which offers many viewing options.

I would like to point out, that the flybrige helm position is central. With fantastic 360 degree views, this elliminates the majority of the blind spots that most catamarans get with an offset helm to either port or starboard. I feel this is well worth mentioning, especially if you are looking for your first catamaran.

The owner is willing to deliver the boat to locations within fair reach of the Balearic Islands. Such as, Alicante, Barcelona, Sardinia, Gibraltar or even the BVIs.
