Limehouse Marina is a lively boating community situated at the end of the Grand Union canal and residential moorings are always highly sought after here. A 5% transfer fee is payable to the marina for the mooring and current annual fees are roughly £7,200. These fees include access to the shower facilities and laundry as well as marina security.
