Broker's Comments
A classic Broads Boat that has been very well looked after by the current owners who are retiring from boating.
Only eight of these classics were built and this one needs to be viewed to appreciate the space available. With duel helm positions it allows cruising in comfort from the saloon or a command bridge helm to enjoy the sunshine. With ample deck area for those balmy summer evenings.
With upholstery renewed , new curtains and carpets, bow canopy, bow thruster painting and anti-foul all in 2015. Cabin heating was also new in 2016.
The existing mooring is also available and included. Early viewing is highly recommended.
