Broker's Comments

We are pleased to be presenting this one-off build, by Pat Patterson, which was a prototype for a larger power cat, which is based on the Summer Twins hull.

With a large open cockpit and foredeck this provides an ideal fishing platform or as a potential dive boat. With two powerful outboards, which listening to the owner, have been maintained and only river trialled.

With plenty of windows the interior has a comfortable deck saloon, which also converts to a double berth. The interior helm is perfect for all weathers and appears well equipped, with instrumentation installed with little use. With a couple of steps down in the starboard hull you’ll find the heads and aft the tanks are housed. Moving back through the saloon and down to the port hull you’ll find the well equipped galley and battery charging system.

There are some finishing required of the plumbing and electrics, with the materials provided to complete these jobs, as detailed in the listing.

If you would like any more details or to organise a personal viewing, then please do contact our office and we would be pleased to help.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
