Broker's Comments
The Beneteau 36 CC offers a huge amount of spacious accommodation whether you are inside or out. Her interior has loads of head room even inside the cockpit tent. Her layout is very clever to provide so much in just a 36ft boat.
Her overall condition appears to be great and well cared for and maintained. She benefits from standing rigging replaced in 2014 and cockpit instruments upgraded. She also has a generator.

Hi Keith, Thank you for your further comments. I had understood from our second phone conversation today that you now realised where my confusion was with your offer. I am very sorry you feel let down by a lack of communication and misunderstanding, I can only apologise further at this stage.
Hi Samantha,
I did receive a copy of the survey thank you.
But in my previous comment I refer to the phone conversation i had with you on Saturday 25 November when I made an offer on the Beneteau. And also the offer I made via the Boatshed Web page on Saturday 25 November, but I never got a reply from you regarding these 2 offers. Also I refer to the phone call I made to you on Monday 27 November which went straight to voicemail were by I asked if you had any feedback from the boat owner regarding the offers I had made, but I never got a reply to that message. This lack of communication in my opinion leaves a lot to be desired.
Hi, Keith thankyou for your comment. I have tried to call you back and also sent you an email with the copy of survey requested. Hope you got this ?
I made an offer on this Beneteau 5 days ago and I'm still awaiting the broker Samantha to return my calls. When the time comes for me to find a broker to sell the boat I currently own I shall remember this poor communication skills.
